Hey guys, can you guys assist with my a 2015 mercedes Benz c200 won’t start but everything else goes on normally, it doesn’t crank or start, everything else seems to be working fine, headlights go on, radio working, no errors messages… assistance would be kindly appreciated

 

Whatever you try... it will take some time so be sure not to run your battery down. AGM pack a big starter punch but tend to hold a limited charge.

Can you shift out of P :
IGN ON + brakes pedal ON do you hear the gearbox shifting ?

 

yes the shift moves out normal,

 

ok, the ISM shifter or EIS ignition seem to be working.

Try inserting the key directly in ignition to bypass Keyless operations...

Try scanning the OBD2 port for available fault codes...

Try combing through published TSB for "No crank, no start" matching your vehicle.
