I just bought my first Mercedes, it’s a 2020 A220. I’m trying to figure out all the tech, and have run into an issue I can’t solve. When I use the remote start, the front defrost doesn’t turn on, even if it was on previously. As a matter of fact, the settings change almost every time I use remote start (for example: sometimes it turns on the AC, sometimes it doesn’t turn on either the defrost or AC). Just the other day, it was 20 degrees, the windshield was iced over, and it still didn’t turn on. Does anyone have any ideas / knowledge?
