GLS trailer hitch wiring pin 4

2020 GLS580 (x167) with factory towing package (Options 550, 557). The 12V pin 4 in 7-pin trailer jack is fuse 453 - 20A - in the rear fuse panel.

Our trailer has a Victron Orion-TR Smart 12/12-30A non-isolated DC-DC charger for the trailer batteries. The input to this charger is the 12V on jack pin 4. When I turn on the charger, it blows the GLS580's fuse 453 @ 20A. The trailer's DC-DC charger needs 30A capability on jack pin 4.

What size wire feeds thru fuse 453 to pin 4 on the trailer hitch jack? If 10 AWG, that is capable of 30A. Is there a relay or other device that limits the pin 4 connection to the 20A?
