Is there meant to be an o ring or rubber washer somewhere on the adblue filler neck?

my blue cap screws on and seems to click in place but there’s movement still top to bottom it’s loose and it’s leaking out adblue

any other ideas why it’s not sealing

mine is a w447 Vclass 2016
