looking for OFFICIAL M112 (w211), w206 (c32) and/or r170 (slk32) service manuals
hello everyone,
just wondering if one of the pros here could help me find the OFFICIAL hard copy engine service manuals for the M112
W211 (2005 E320 4MATIC, host car)
and one of these two
R170 (SLK32)
W206 (C32)
this would really help me assess the feasibility of something i was thinking about a few years back.
i know one of you guys has to know where to get these and possibly has contacts for an "m112 expert" that may be useful for what i'm thinking about doing.
i would appreciate some of that wisdom

i couldn't find anything jettared.
they're all online. i want the nice coil notebook. i don't have patience for rubbing a screen when i'm filthy and trying to get work done.
am i using the wrong search terms?

Sorry, I missed the “hard copy” part of your request. I don’t know if such a thing exists. You can always print the pages you need.

it doesn't, per an mbclub UK member.
apparently there are small changes to the engine harness, or there must such changes, since the ECU has some pins for the blower.
interesting interesting.
would a one year STAR subscription (or whatever it's called) be better?
i do have a beater laptop (a nice 7490 latitude w/ an i7-8520 [or whatever] that i upgraded to 32GB ram) with a touch screen.
i used it a lot for my redneck swap takeover (you know, when the southern guys just go HAM on the HANDA j32 manual transmission and engine and rig it up to any HANDA they can, wires/codes/lights be damned) so i can use it here if i must.

WISnet 86 to 20 baby let's go.
gotta learn about these wire harnesses. the SLK32 and C32 look entirely different, but i suspect the things i'd need to add won't change many of the plugs on my existing harness.
my bet is i'm going to have to run a few wires and buy a few receptacles to make the cable that connects the blower to the ECU.

ok i got WIS installed and everything.
is there any way to use the standalone program to show this stuff in a web-based form? i was a little surprised to see that the WSM button leads you to the workshop manual MEDIA, which is not what i expected.
there's so much to look through here. can you guys help me find exactly what i'm after so i can get a feel for this system?
i looked under "complete engine" and "engine electrical" but there's still hundreds of files that come up for terms "wiring harness".
i'd like to see the wiring harness diagram in the engine bay so i can start looking at the differences between the C32/SLK32, and then hopefully overlay those on top of the E320
