Radiator hose just popped off

Radiator hose just popped off
5000 miles ago I had a coolant flush done in my '09 SL63. I don't know if the place pulled off the lower hose. Nothing seemed amiss for almost two years. Monday I was driving down a city street and pulled into a parking lot just as my 'check coolant level' light came on. A large puddle dripped on to the ground. Got a tow home and figured I had a bad radiator but upon inspection, the lower hose had come off. I looked it over closely and it all seemed OK. The O ring was intact, soft, and compliant. The spring clip was intact, in correct position, and had tension. I couldn't inspect the entire male end on the radiator but it felt fine. So I cleaned everything and put it back together. Took it for a 20 mile drive with no issues. I fully expect another failure, unfortunately.
