Cylinder 6 misfire on W212

Cylinder 6 misfire on W212
Hi y'all, got my first ever CEL on my W212, 14' E350. Code is P0306, cylinder 6 misfire. Most likely spark plugs right? They have never been replaced. My plan was to swap them and see if the code clears, anybody have torque and gap specs for spark plugs?
I also had another code stored that read U0402 invalid data received from tcm, not sure what that means.
Any help is appreciated.

Torque is 25NM
What's your current mileage?
Perhaps voil and boot may help cure misfire
try swapping parts to diagnose. If it doesn't move
it could be a non-contributing cylinder.

Thanks. saw a youtube video of how to replace, I did not realize you had to remove the intake manifold. I'm pretty handy, I might just do all plugs, coils and intake gaskets and call it a day. It's getting could outside and I don't have a garage, so I might just take it to my local indy. Does anyone know which one would be cylinder 6 when looking at the front of the car?
