Hey guys, I recently bought a Mercedes (CLS 450 2021), and the first owner got it from Qatar (for the shorter queue) and got it onboarded to Mercedes UAE (opened the file here, with the warranty and everything as it's bought from here, paid 15k AED). I realized -after buying it- that "Mercedes me" features are not available (in the infotainment it's also showing "Apps", not "Mercedes me and apps", and the dealership told me that the car -given it's from Qatar- can't be having this .... Anyone have a clue here what can be done or went through this before? is that true that I can't have indefinitely?
