C300 (W205) Front Brake Rotor Material?

Does anyone know what type of material is used on 2018 C300 base model OEM front brake rotors? Are they plain cast iron or high carbon?
My goal is to do an OEM replacement brake job for a daily driven commuter car. I got a great deal on Power Stop Autospecialty EBR1604 rotors that are one-piece plain cast iron. I am new to the MB world and thought that maybe I should confirm whether the OEM rotors might be a high carbon variety, or maybe a 2-peice rotor. Thanks in advance for any input.
