Xentry/ DAS issue

I was wondering if anyone has ever had an issue connecting to the ME with DAS? I am getting an error when trying to connect. I am currently using a Taxtrix openport 2.0 cable. I am not sure of the capabilities of the cable however it has no issues communicating with any of the other modules. I will attach photos of the errors I am getting. Thanks for the help.

Looks like an executable file (.exe) is missing some where. Any updates you can do?

I will probably reinstall it on a fresh copy of Windows and xentry. Come to think of it my laptop fell asleep halfway through install which might have caused an issue. It did continue where it left off i thought but could have caused this error.

Maybe you should identify the year and model of your car.

Don't know that it really matters however it is in the photos that I posted above.

Because the year and model do matter.

In some instances yes. I believe it does in this instance however.
