Best injector cleaner for regular and DI engines?
My GLS and SL both have about 40k miles on them. I carbon buildup on the intakes is always a concern and I'd like to minimize the issue as best as possible.
Naturally, gasoline additives are out (as they won't touch the intake). So I have two questions: where is the MAS (or MAP?)/how do I remove it and what is the best cleaner to use?
Also, any injector cleaner suggestions for my M273?

ANy MAF cleaner in spray can will work on throttle bodies and MAF.
No sense going crazy and spending a fortune for this..
Whatever local auto parts store carries.
As for DI you should (note SHOULD) have to clean back side of intake valve if your PCV vapors is letting a lot of oil into intake system and/or do not have a good oil catch can system.

Before it was discontinued I used the STP pro-series intake valve cleaner. It was a really nice, easy to use product.
I used the ATP AT-100 once, but didn't like the way it made the engine stall.
I'm going to give the Berryman 2611 a try on my next oil change.

Generally, injector cleaners containing PolyEtherAmine (PEA) are the best to use in your fuel. The MAP sensor is usually on the intake hose, downstream of the throttle body. The part number is 0071533128. Maybe you can find a diagram using the part number.
