M113 specialists?!

After exchanging sprockets and chain, I hoped to get rid of some noises. ( R230 SL 500)
And I did.
But stil, the valve train seems to be more noisy compared to the 55amg engine of my son and the old 420 v8 in my R107.
As if oil pressure in the cilinder heads is just enough to quiet down the lifters, but just that. If I raise rpm to say 1500, there is a lifter that tends to start ticking.
Engine 74k kms, power ok, milage good, runs great otherwise.
But especially at rpms above idle, some tsjiektsjiektsjiek noise parallel to rpm.
New filter/ Mobil 1 0W40 MB spec.
lifter, rocker oil supply problem maybe?
