Could you guys help me with my negative fuel trims with your service?I have w204 c63 2012

Im getting - 12 to - 14 LTFTs on idle anyone know how to fix this?

My car usually starts with -15 trims on idle and as the car warms up the LTFT drop and settle to - 10ish and stay there even if i let it idle for 30mins.

I changed both MAFS both filters installed a whole different intake mainfold but the car is still running negative fuel trims.
