this does look like the long distance front radar module. Replacement requires calibration.
The Distronic module itself is located remotely at passenger footwell.
Before you start buying parts, identify the source of your issue. It could be as simple as a painted GND ?
Use a good compatible scanner to gather your chassis faults.
