CAD part libraries

Hello, does anyone know if some CAD part libraries from DB have been leaked at some point in time ? If so are they still downloadable ? Google hasn't yielded any results. I'm not looking for anything extraordinary, just to avoid having to reverse engineer each nut and bolt
