Strange Windshield Wiper issue, not cleaning entire window (W209)
One of the first things I did was change my wiper blades. After installation the passenger side blade would leave a consistent area unwiped in the middle of the blade between 45 and 90 degrees.
I assumed I had a bad wiper blade with an improperly cut rubber strip. So I bought a fresh new pair, in another country, so unlikely the same batch, and I get the same exact issue.
So either my windshield has a depression in it, or for some reason, at that point in the sweep my wipers do not apply enough downward pressure for the wipers to wipe in the middle.
Might the base of the wiper not be attached all the way down on its post?
Any thoughts?

The nuts at the base of the arm pivots are finger tight. It does take much to get them loose and the arm can beging to act up.
Also the whole wiper assembly can be adjusted with a single screw hidden in the engine firewall.
