BAS & ESP Warning Light

I just had my BAS , ESP & Anti-lock warning lights all come on at the same time. It's a 98 E420. Anyone else have this problem?

Do I really have to take it in?

Try this: Get in your car and turn the steering wheel from lock-to-lock several times. I think the steering angle sensor for the ESP lost it's calibration.

I had that problem with my Clk 430. It turn out that because it were driving with the break ON !!! The ECU sensed it and think that something is wrong but then when i turn off the engine wait about 10 second then start the engine again and it went away.

Thanks for the replies! I turned the wheel from lock to lock and that did the trick! A lot better than a trip to the dealer.
