E200 1.6, 2019. engineering menu?

E200 1.6, 2019. engineering menu?
I am new owner of E200 1.6, 2019., but in this car I have disabled android auto, I can not play video etc. and after some searching look like that is possible to enable in hidden engineering menu but I can not find how to enter this menu...
In my car I can enter dealers menu on this way:
but I can not find how to enter engineering menu...
Do you know how I can do that?

They have so many limits and disabled features and I can not understand it, mercedes E like some entry level car around 20 years old, every $100 Chinese tablet can do more than this mercedes system, even do not have touch screen!!!

the video is NTG 5.5...there is only one way to get to that and that requires Online SCN through Xentry to enable.
Long shot: Vediamo or Monaco DTS are able to unlock it but no guarantees.
Face lift E's got the touchscreen which happened in 2021 which coincides to MB moving the NTG 6/MBUX 1.
The give away is the removal of the clock and the rotary knob getting replaced by the touch pad.
