Hi. Also posted in the W214 forum but hoping for more help here. Brand new W214 (E53 wagon). I have logged into the app and the app reports car status (lock, unlock, charge status, etc.) BUT I cannot get the car to login to Mercedes Me in the car. The car produces a QR code but if I scan it with the phone, I get an error message. Called MB support and they claim some kind of issue on their end (servers or some such thing) that will take until mid-Oct/early November until it works. Does this sound right??? Thanks!

Yes, that sounds right. It's a common problem with new W214 models.
Mercedes is having server-side issues specifically for the in-car login. The app works because it uses a different system. Many new owners are getting the same story from support. You just have to wait for them to fix it on their end.
