Innova sd35
Hi! I have a 2015 mercedes benz e400 4matic coupe and I’m looking for an inexpensive od 2 scanner to read codes but also to clear some unwanted messages like the “you have exceeded the blablabla service by xx days”. Because I do some service myself, and some by an indie shop as well as some by a mb specific shop. Would the Innova SD35 be a good choice for that? It’s on sale right now for $129 on Amazon

Yeah I’ve tried that. But the steering wheel combination never does what it’s supposed to do. Don’t know why. Never seen anything this user un-friendly

Be sure to initiate key press from :
- the main odometer display
- BEFORE engine start
- with IGN:ON
- Then Left + right keys
- ....
Made in China Mercedes-BAIC parked at a Michelin star restaurant in Guangzhou 👍

Search internet for the LAUNCH CREADER ELITE V2.0 scanner for MB...
Much more powerful for roughly same price.
I have the Launch and the Innova 5610...
Innov has power for all cars but but costs $300...
The cheaper launch can do more... CODE ECU & other modules (make start/stop thingy go to REMEMBER LAST SETTING so it does not come on when you drive car next day.
this computing power is limited to MB but it will read and clear OBD2 codes on other makes/models.
I do like my innova works on other cars in my stable - used it few weeks ago to read VW JEtta wheel speed sensors to troubleshoot pesky ABS light.
I have had versions of it for over 20 years - kept upgrading....
I like both but for my MB I use the launch
