Front-SAM: Pwr mgr
AirCon: AC Module
Cluster: Display
Rear-SAM

If @EleBest can not code what you want, no other tool ( especially the chinese ones) will help you in any way. The Chinese tools use ( barely) only a Diag Certificate for reading fault codes and some Actual Values.

Possible to do coding yourself, just trickier for the car to function properly afterwards
The LAUNCH X431 PROS V 5.0 with the special cable for DoIP may work. I tried use the LAUNCH scanner on a 2026 GLC300 with the standard cable and it would not even connect. I ordered the cable but returned the car (it was a loaner) before I had the chance to check it out. The scanner and cable are not cheap, but they are professional level tools. I would reach out to LAUNCH first to see if they support 2026 Mercedes.
These "tools" do not support/vaguely support these new vehicles.
Mercedes introduced a diagnostic "certificate" needed for authentication for diagnosis, better to go to someone who knows how to do this service instead of risking getting your car bricked.
Why waste potentially thousands of dollars, on these tools, when instead you can find people on this forum who can install you official Mercedes software? I will never understand
