I went to see this E55 and it was in basically brand new condition. The car ran extremly hard I almost bought it right there but I had my heart set on a black one. Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that the car became available again. A local guy came down and put a deposit on the car when it was priced at 38,777, but apparently he didnt get approved for financing. My buddy says that he will sell it to a forum member for a no-haggle price of 35,500 including dealer fee out the door, which is an incredible deal in my opinion. I have seen this well-optioned e55 in person and it looks almost brand new and comes with every maintenance record from day 1!! It was fanatically maintained by a local enthusiast and is an amazing value at that price. Just trying to help my friend out. He said that if he doesnt get 35,500 for the car, hes just going to keep it for himself.
