Already have a buyer lined up but I am holding out for $20,000. KBB Private Party value price is $24k. Car will be gone by friday if no offers are received.

I forgot that the premium package did not include heated and active ventilated seats in 2005, in earlier and later years it had other things included.

I fixed my previous post, sorry for the confusion.

Beautiful car...
I just got some "resale value" shock when i took my 2005 4matic to the audi dealer for a trade appraisal on an A8. 3.25yrs, and the car lost 40K. that's crazy. I feel your pain!

Good luck w/ the sale, car looks real clean!
