2009 C300
Unhappy 2009 C300

Tough times have befallen my family, and as such I'm making the sacrifice of my beautiful car - a brand new 2009 C300! With Premium I (heated seats, Sirius, Autodimming mirrors, garage door opener, rain sensing wipers, powered driver seat) + multimedia (harman kardon logic 7 sound system, navigation, video, bluetooth, 6 disc changer) packages, this automatic rides like a dream.

Aside from a trip to southern California, this has been used exclusively for local commuting (silicon valley), and epitomizes luxury driving. I'm selling this for the payoff amount of the loan - $41,000. I've already paid ~$6k on this, and believe to be selling this for quite the steal!

If you're interested in this beautiful car, feel free to reach out.

Here's some more info from the mbusa site:

No flame, but IAW with the options you list as well as your link the MSRP of that car new is $40365. So, you either have more options or you are upside down on that loan. Taxes and fees shouldn't add up to make up the difference.

Definitely not a flame - appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, the price + tax, title, and license (yay california!) rakes you over the coals.

Pictures below!

Unfortunately I think you may have to take a bath on this even more than what you think. The car market is in the toilet right now with the economy.

Good Luck

subprime crisis

looks like the subprime crisis hit car loans as well...

Owed > Market Valuation.

Good luck on your sale... IMO price needs to come down or just stop making payments and drop it back at the dealer.

At this point w/ the economy I'm planning on hanging onto mine for a long time to come...

Bump for you though.

I got a great deal too. I tought the salesman a few things. Wasn't difficult though. He was just a car salesman.

OP, sorry to hear you have to sell. Good luck and bump!
