I find that on this forum, auction prices are what people want to pay, no matter how realistic or not they are. They fail to factor in shipping, auction fees, reconditioning, etc. I would try autotrader, cars.com, and craigslist. Good luck!

Thanks for the opinion... for the record... this car is very solid... no worries about constantly being in the shop...as to the radio... I think it looks and is GREAT... best radio/CD I have ever had in a vehicle....
Either way... this is a TON of car for under $30k.....

There are only two reasons cars don't sell. Either their overpriced or something is wrong with them. The former seems the case with your car.

In this market, everyone is holding out for a GREAT deal, not just a good deal. The current asking price is definitely fair but if it were $2K lower, it would sell right away.

I will still make a deal on the car off of my asking price... but most offers have come in at "let me throw out a low ball offer and see if he is so desperate to take it". Those aren't legit offers to me... this isn't a low ball car with a bunch of scratches or problems or stories... it is the real deal for someone who wants a nice example...at an incredible price...

I would mail you a check today, if not for the kitchen I bought instead. I care not a bit for NAV.
To the previous poster, auto-close is a handy little feature until you need to pay for the repair bill when it stops working.

Cutt - I have actually heard that it is addable... but again, not an option that was important to me so I haven't looked into it all that much...
Mister - Thank you for the note... damn I hate it when a kitchen wins out over a car....lol I am going to get more agreesive in selling this car... and hopefully someone will pick up on the incredible deal and the amoutn of car they are getting for such a small price....

it sounds as if you are already fed up w/ low ballers, so why would you want to shoot yourself in your own foot by advertising on CL?
here's how CL works. seller posts something for sale for $30K. CL BS-ers offer $15K.
the cars that sell best on CL are 10K and under.

I posted on Autotrader too... so I expect that the sale will come from there... not so much CL... the fact that CL is free makes it attractive...
