First of all, hdtv22, I am NOT a dealer. If I was a dealer I would have no problem being "up front" about it.
Those were the two photos without people in the photo I had on my computer, from when I originally purchased my car. I thought it would be rude to post pictures in a F/S listing that were full of people that barely showed the car.
I realized there are a lot of people on any forum that have access to several auctions ...
Attached are photos I JUST took of the ML350 in the parking lot at my office.

Its where they photograph the cars and your setup is so strikingly similar to theirs its ridiculous
My apologies however, and good luck on the sale

I'm sorry, but I've seen so many of those photos from Manheim, that I am almost certain that your photos are from manheim. Look at this:

My car was purchased from a MB end-of-lease Manheim auction through my local MB dealer, I am the second owner of the car - have owned it since Feb 2009 ... love it, just HATE my local MB dealer and it is the only dealer within 100+ miles.
As I said, those were the two photos I had on my computer from when I purchased it ... wasn't trying to fool anyone, was just trying to be efficient with my posting and not list my friends for sale also ...
