You have been trying to sell this car for over a month, I saw this on the 350z forum a while back. Being highly modified in combination with the mileage makes this car more of a ticking time bomb imo.

Any car that is modded you know was beat the crap out of! Otherwise whats the point of modding it? You mod a car to perform beyond what the car was intended to do and when you do that it stresses the car beyond what it was meant to stress. Parts break down alot faster and to me the car is worth alot less then a factory unmodded base car. Plus it has high miles on it. You will be lucky to even get 17k for it. The car is worth in my mind tops 15k and then you are lucky if someone buys it.

My point, to all three of you guys, is this: If you don't like his price, move on. Your opinion on why you think his car is worthless isn't needed. It's pretty clear that you guys have a no background in the area of modified LSx vehicles...and your comments reflect as such. Like I said...the whole point is, if you don't like his price, just click a different link!
And pun1 - your opinion is just that....an opinion based on no facts whatsoever. If you would rather have a factory engine with PM rods and hyperutectic pistons...then go for it! I'd much rather have a fully forged motor with top quality valvetrain components.

That's the problem though, unless your FormulaZR and really care about american cars, you are probally gonna get low balled here. People just see an american Corvette with almost 100k on it and . You seem like a nice guy so I hope you sell and get into a 55 but it probally won't sell here. pun1sh3rz is probally right on the mark for a 100k vette, maybe not a built one like yours but any other vette in the world with those miles!

For reference, I have a fully optioned '05 C6 with 87k miles. To date, my four trade-in offers have ranged from 17 to 19k for the car and I believe I could privately sell it for 23k TOPS. Car has a clean carfax, and only mods are headers, intake, tune, and some cosmetics.

Yep, wholesale is 17-19k with this mileage so private or dealer sale would be 20-23k tops. Mileage makes any sports car a tough sell, but the LSx motors can go the distance.
I myself am looking for a C63 AMG or a 997s, only reservation on the 997 is the space; it has much less trunk space than a C6 and accessing that space is difficult. Can't fit a guitar in one without doing some awful things...

Well, if I listed my sold cars, like you do (I notice that you don't list the model of Porsche? I'm assuming it was an entry level, pseudo-Porsche like a Boxter)
2008 Corvette
2007 Corvette
2001 Corvette (bored, stroked, supercharged -- 700+rwhp).
Very fine cars. I liked the C6 more than my 911 Turbo, but the Turbo is better in snow.

I believe there is a sticky telling all to not post if all you are doing is to challenge the price then dont post.
I really dont care what your opinion on car prices are and I dont like having to filter thru your BS to see about the car
So without being completely rude.. please cease posting in the classifieds if you are not selling or buying.

Emoving... give it a break, you are like a petulent child that always has to have the last word. I am growing tired of it as many others are. If you dont like the price then leave your comment to yourself as most of us dont care what you think. And keep your parents bought you this comments out also.

I find that emoving's posts are usually quite accurate. Why is this chevy posted in this section anyway? Put it over on the corvette forum where people want to read about a bankrupt companies vehicles!
