FS: 2003 CLK55 AMG Silver/Black 86K - Open to Reasonable Offers
Pics and details available in the link below. If you have any questions not addressed in the link please PM me and I'll get back to you ASAP. If you're interested in my ride but hesitant to pull the trigger because of my limited participation on this forum please PM me and I'll respond with my handle to other forums which I'm confident will address that concern. You can also review my feedback on eBay which is currently at a count of 244 @ 100%. Thanks...

Note: I had this posted recently but closed the thread and started a new one to change the title. Also, when I say "Open to Reasonable Offers", please keep the offers realistic. Anything less than $15K is going to have an appropriate response to go pound sand. Keep it realistic and you may be surprised as to what I'll accept considering the position I'm putting myself in. Car is currently being listed for $16,900 on cars.com. This is an updated price of a few moments ago of $17,900. I have my eyes locked on another vehicle on the West coast that I don't want to miss out on and the only thing holding back is this vehicle so I'm pretty motoviated to make a reasonable deal work for one of you peeps in this forum.
Offer Requirements: If you're going to make an offer to purchase this vehicle I ask that you either A: Have the benjamins in hand with unmarked non sequential bills. Or B: If you don't have cash on hand but are going through financing that the financing requirements have already been met and that you are pre-approved for the amount of the offer that you will be making. All I'm asking for is for you to be Courteous of my time here and not waste what little of it that I have. I have dealt with Capital One on many deals for both bikes and cars and I have been very happy with them. Not to mention the rates are unbelievably low right now. But like always: Cash is King. Someone is going to get this rockin car at a great deal. The question is: Will it be you?

Now it's getting to the point where I need some feedback here people. Is it the car, the price, the location? Getting really frustrated over here. Please do share. Thanks...

Not a new post my man. Just a new thread. And I'm just really curious more than anything cause I notice other cars seem to move on here and I'm just wondering if the delay on this one is because it's a CLK and not an SL of CLS or something along those lines. If I know the error I can perhaps make some changes to make this listing more appealing. Like Omar's post is that he feels the asking price is too high based on KBB information. And as we all know we all have our ways of tallying up the value of our cars as well as others.

I would post some pictures in the thread rather than just a link, as well as more information on the condition of the car. In very clean condition, the price probably isn't far off. In normal/average condition, you'll need to come down.

The only problem with posting pics is that the files are too large to fit in this thread. I already tried. And as far as the overall condition of the car goes. I would have to see it is very clean with no interior flaws, and only minor front rock chips prevelant of its age and mileage. No dings or scratches. Mechanically it is tip top. All work done at either MB dealers or by actual MB mechanics on the side. Side work was minor things only such as oil changes and things of that nature. I hate to give up this ride but with this new job I'm putting about 30K-35K miles per year and this isn't the sort of car to do that to. I have a Nissan Frontier pick up truck that I drive in the winter while the CLK55 is in hibernation. But this 4 cylinder Froniter eats up more gas than a fully blown V8 so it's time to get something that makes sense for these Chicago winters. So there it is.
