I'm putting up a feeler. I literally just got this car earlier this month but have been getting the itch for the V10 E60 M5.

The car runs absolutely great. The car also comes with a 4year/50k miles warranty that covers everything from the engine/transmission to the suspension!! The warranty is valid until 2014 or 114,000 miles!!!


The Bad:
There is a scratch (~8 in long) on the passenger rear quarter panel
Ding on the passenger door


Price is $27,000. Negotiable a bit and can be lowered if you do not wish to have the warranty. I truly enjoy driving this beast and if I cannot sell it for close to my asking price I have no problem keeping.

did you try buffing the 8" scratch out? or is it through the clear and paint? (did you ever get a quote to have it fixed?)

How are brakes pads/rotors and tires?

The warranty is through Enterprise Financial Group. I felt comfortable with the warranty but if anyone doesn't I can simply return the warranty and deduct what I get back on the warranty from the price of the car (about $2500).

The carfax is clean no accidents but the autocheck does show one incident way back in 2004. By the way the car use to be certified pre-owned by RAB Motors here in Northern California.

I will check on the brake pads/rotors but all tires have at least 50-60%.


I had an oil change done at 64,200 miles. I don't believe the next service is due for the next 10,000 or so miles.
