E63 Trunk Lip
7" Code 3 Heat Exchanger
Johnson CM030 Pump
Eisenmann Exhaust
MP Sport Wheel w/E63 Paddle Conversion (perfect and looks/works like OEM)
Toyo T1R Tires (lots of tread)
Wheels Custom Finished (Silver-Mercury color)
Porterfield Pads In All 4 Corners
Lighted AMG Door Sills
Secondary Standalone Motorola Bluetooth System (last owner added this so he could talk on the phone AND listen to the radio)

And plenty of little stuff I'm forgetting.
NEVER any engine mods or ECU flashes. No racing history, adult enthusiast owned, kid free, and pet free. This is a 3 owner car, the 1st owner had it for a year before trading it on a new AMG, the 2nd owner bought it CPOed right after the trade and cherished it for 2 years, I bought it from him. It has always been properly warmed up before being revved, and never put away hot.
It was a Florida car until I bought it and is now in Denver CO where it has spent the last 2 1/2 years and 7K miles with me. I am VERY **** with my cars and don't drive in the Mountains and rarely drive on the highway so this car has had a rather boring and pampered existence being driven around town.
The car is in excellent condition with NO dings, scratches, dents, scrapes underneath front lip, fading of front lights, cracks in wood, etc. Maybe about 10 rock chips on the entire car as it has Clear bra everywhere(front end, lights, fogs, A pillars, leading edge of roof, entire side skirts, and leading edge of rear bumper). Needs nothing as brakes and tires were done very recently, and maintenance has been performed above average. Wheels are in excellent condition except for minor marks from mounting/dismounting tires. All 4 TPMS sensors were recently replaced (batteries ran out) ) so you don't have to worry about those for some time to come and I just replaced the auxiliary battery with an OEM MB unit a couple of months back.
The car has never been wrecked or offroaded BUT has a carfax flag from about 18 months ago for a minor non-structural accident. I was backed into while standing still and called the police. They issued the other driver a ticket and flagged my carfax (bast**ds). The extent of the damage was a broken grill, Distronic sensor and its bracket as it is behind the grill, and a small gouge on the bumper. There was NO damage to anything structural, or the hood, and the bumper was completely unimpacted as it was a truck with a trailer hitch and that is what went through the grill. I have a post damage picture, and repair records in my maintenance files. The good news is that this was an excuse to do the E63 conversion on the front end as the insurance company was paying for the grill and the bumper cover (small gouge on it). The damage to the old bumper was so minor that it was sold to another member here for $500 and after some new paint and some plastic filler, resides on his car.
This is just a nice well loved E55 that needs nothing but a good home. I will gladly present the car to any reputable MB shop for an inspection and forum member SANDOVAL has offered to vouch for its condition as he looked at it 2 weeks ago as he wanted to buy the exhaust off of it.
It was previously been suggested that $28K would be a good fair price for this car. Two dealers have offered me $24K as a trade-in for this car (towards an M6 or SL65) which comes out to $26K when I consider the tax advantage I lose by not trading it in to them.
Anyway, I would rather an enthusiast gets a good deal than have the dealer mark it up!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are SRIOUS and ready to buy quickly (as I will probably trade it in this week), please PM me your email for a full photo set.
BTW, Title is clear and in my safe deposit box ready to go!

As for the car, I did see it for the first time a couple weeks ago. Not sure why I've lived in Colorado 5 years and it's the first time we've met up??? At this price I hope someone from MBWorld gets it.
I will start off by saying Carl is a true car enthusiast with impeccable attention to detail. Based on the Miles (The low miles show), CPO, Condition in and out, E63 bumper conversion, killer options, Tectite paint (Best E55 paint color ever
One other point I think is important and something you need to consider when looking at 03's: Even though it's an 03, since it's still under MB CPO you can still get a 3 year extended warranty through Chrysler Service contracts. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. However, if you're in the market for an E55 you can not go wrong with this one. GLWS!

This is the cheapest low mile car by a significant margin, let alone one that is still under factory warranty that really needs nothing. Most of these cars arrive needing brakes soon, TPMS sensors, a battery, a service, or something else costing significant $$$$, this one needs nothing.
Remember, if you buy a high-mile car to save money, you are going to more than pay for it down the road in service costs.

I have no motivation to sell this car other than getting someone a good deal as the dealer will take it tomorrow.
