That's exactly what it is, "MSRP". After dealer mark ups, tax, and licensing it'll probably cost around $60-$62k.

So a buyer should pay for the dealer mark ups, tax and licensing? This is a used car, I think a good indication of that is the 21000 miles.

You might hate me for saying this but, you won't get anymore than $45K! There are 09's listed for under $50K...

right on... wholesale on car is 40k... if that much.

dealer trade in is about 38k.

good retail would be 43k
