This Eisenmann was designed for the C32. I really don't know if it will fit a w209. You might have to search the web and find out, or ask Eisenmann. Asking 950+ship

The dual intake was designed for the 3.2sc engine. I don't know what else it will fit on, and cannot predict any power gains/losses on other engines. Specs can be found at www.eurocharged.com.

As a matter of fact, it is! I bought the car from Jerry about 2 years ago. It's definitely a fun car, accelerates effortlessly, sounds amazing, and is a real head turner!
