Just installed 4 New CL65 Reps with AMG Logo... Basically the same wheels in the picture. The new wheels have the AMG logo in the casting. Lowered the BIN price to $30,000!

shes a beauty.. I just bought a fully loaded 03 Tectite Grey E55 myself - shame yours doesn't have the pano roof - mine doesn't have the nav system though. (alot easier to slap a garmin on the dash than it is to install the moonroof though 
)

When I bought my '07 E63 I had also asked them about what would be available if I had looking into financing the '03 E55 that I looked at before. They said that since I have very good credit it would have been easy. You should not have a problem if you score is good, and debt to income ratio is reasonable.

The only issue that you might run into, depending on your credit score and the amount you're putting down like previously mentioned, is that the interest rate may be higher than expected (%4-6 if your credit score is 750+). That all depends on the institution and your history/relationship with them too, though. Good luck!

Is the warranty still in effect? It sounds like several people have had their Chrysler warranty cancelled recently.
Did the car get new tires along with the new wheels?
What is the comfort seat option that you listed?
