FOR SALE: 1972 Mercedes 250 for $6900
I have for sale, a '72 Mercedes 250 sedan, in excellent condition with only 68,775 miles on it. It has the red-orange exterior with the saddle interior. It has all the service records since new. Original owner's manual along with manual for the Becker radio. Always garaged. Runs and drives superb---carburetors rebuilt 2 years ago, new Michelin tires, new brakes, new exhaust, rebuilt distributor, recent tune-up. Body has had paint work on some of the lower panels but for the most of the body, it still has the original paint and it looks good! The condition of the interior is a "10" out of a "10"! It is about as close to perfect condition as you can get. Even the air conditioning is in working order.
I am selling this for a friend of mine who got transfered from a rural location with plenty of garage space to an urban area where he only has access to one garage stall, therefore forcing the sale of his beautiful collector car. He is looking at getting $6900 out of the car and at that price, somebody will be getting a great car!
