I'm in Pittsburgh and looking for a GL450 - anything but black (wife says)

2009 GL450
The sticker price was $72,000.
I put $9,000 down so I've already lost that investment.
I am asking payoff which is $51,335. plus state and local taxes if applicable.
The Kelly Blue Book trade in value is $54-$57k.
The KBB Private Party Sale value is $57k-$60k.

So I think $51k is a great deal.

I am paying to have the SUV cleaned and detailed and will post more pictures then.
