F/S; 2008 S550/35k/Designo/Bad Motor? Make Offer/Must Sell
2008 S550 with 35k miles..This car is fully loaded with the designo package and every other option you can imagin. I was driving it and the motor just made a terrible noise and went dead. I had the car towed home and it is sitting in the backyard getting rained on as we speak. I need this car gone, I cant afford to fix it. Make me an offer?

I currently own a 2003 sl 55 amg, 2010 e550 and an 2008 s550...The s550 was my first mercedes purchase ever and I fell in love...I bought this car at an auction so I wouldnt think I have a warranty...

If you're actually trying to sell this car (which I don't think you are, BTW) then call your local MB dealer, give them the VIN and ask if it's still got a factory warranty.
Unless it's a salvage title, I don't think there's any reason why your factory warranty would be ineligible.

Its an orange title vehicle...it was a water loss at one time and i had it inspected by the state....No warranty of anykind is avaliable...

The S550 was your first MB purchase ever, and it happened last month. So within this past month, you also purchased an SL55 and an E550? Right...
If you're actually trying to sell this car (which I don't think you are, BTW) then call your local MB dealer, give them the VIN and ask if it's still got a factory warranty.

I bought a car running and driving fine for a great price, a warranty was the very least of concern. I pay cash for these cars, they are my personal toys. It broke down on me, I'll take a loss on this one, get whatever cash I can get out of it and buy the next one I come across. No " " that I can find anywhere, but keep looking

You can throw down "cash" for a 2003 SL55 amg, a 2010 E550 and a 2008 S550 for "toys" in the s[pan of a month, yet you can't afford to fix a motor? I smell even more fish. A big whale-sized fish.
