Just to chime in here, I just picked up my 06 E55 with 42K on it, from the Stealer I paid 32K but that was with no warranty and I walked away from the car 2 times cuz of well typical sales people. I paid another 4K for the extended Plat. full coverage warranty.
Though I did have a couple more options that yours (like AMG chome rims, Keyless, Dynamic, HID Active curve...
So for you asking about 35K with a good warr. seems pretty inline. Give or take a K...Good luck...I would of bought it if I had still been in the market.

FWIW, I paid just over $35K for an '06 E55 w/58K miles on it.
That included a 2-year CPO warranty up to 120K miles.
(I better not put that much on in two years!)
You're in the ballpark as far as I can tell.
The extended warranty will mean a LOT to the right buyer,
it sealed the deal for me paying that much for a "used" car.
These things aren't commodities like a Ford Ranger
or a Toyota Prius, so I think sometimes it takes awhile
to find a matching buyer.
Meanwhile, enjoy the ride!
