Moderators please move it to the appropriate section if this is wrong thanks.
I am trying to sell my 2009 E63 AMG.

Exterior Color: White
Interior Color: Black AMG Leather.
Options:
Premium 2

I am asking $62000. I have had oil changes at 5000 mile marks from Mercedes. No warranty or other service issues. Please make an offer if interested.
Thanks

EDIT: Sorry to the OP, I didn't mean to jump in on your parade..... just trying to decide about selling mine and figuring a realistic price. GLWS and you should have no issues selling (white is popular these days.) Check with member "Starbrite" he's looking for a 2009.

Some people might pay that much but once you see what they are selling for @ the auctions the only persons that can ask those numbers are MB dealers for CPO cars IMHO.

btw, price of oil is going up. Used prices will probably reflect that by this summer (with high gas prices.)
p.s., which dealer has the 2009 p030? Please post the link. (I know someone who wants a p030 2009) Thanks!
show your friend this car , It looks like a great deal

You can always buy cheaper cars from Independent dealers as they are nothing but pain in the butt, ask me how i know it.
It's fuuny how people compare A+ cars to B-/C cars and try to manipulate the market.
At the end you get what you pay for.
There are always "cheaper" cars out there. However, in the end, I would rather pay a bit more up front that to get a straight car than a bargain car.
The value of a car is only what someone will pay you for it. Someone might pay the OP what he wants. Its high, but not insane for the right buyer.
Peace out!

Where is that car? Are you buying it or not? If not then can you post it?
The link you posted for me is a 2007 and also not from a MB dealer.
And it doesn't have the P030 package. It also appears to have aftermarket AMG wheels(?) It certainly doesn't look right. As I posted, my friend is looking for a 2009 P030 package E63.
There are not a lot of 2009 E63s out there. And esp with P030. He has been on MBUSA looking at dealer inventory links, Autotrader, and eBay.

Here's a quote of one of my posts in another thread :
"There's an '09 on ebay w/ 28k miles (white, pano, etc) that's been listed by a dealer 3 times since Nov
and the highest bid has been $33k. ( he paid 54.5k for it at Manheim) : Click Here
Update: As you can see in the link, his BIN price is reduced to $53,995, $505 less than what he paid for it.
And the reserve price is less than that!"
Also consider that there were probably some reconditioning costs, because Manheim had the car as below average condition.
The point being that auction prices do not necessarily reflect the retail market of these cars anymore.

Also, once the twin turbo version hits, the value of the 2010 will depreciate even more
By the way, what's the update on your car?

So Bruce hands them a MB memo that any 722.9 constructed after june 2010 has to get new blue transmission fluid and wouldnt you know it they put in the red and had NO CLUE about the memo . WHen bruce handed it to the service advisor the guy looked at us like he just crapped his pants and went silent for about 3 minutes .
So here is where we stand , The car is sitting in their shop and they are waiting for the new fluid machine since the 2 fluids do not mix and they are worried it might harm the other machine .
So this is why i have been looking into other cars so i can park it right next to mine and swap the parts and send it back .
If they take low 40s for my car im gonna buy it i think but i dont think they will go from 55k to low 40s IMO.
Whats up with yours ????

Beverly Hills Porsche offered me $59k around 6 months ago.
In the end it's just whatever the car sells for. Some samples seem to be able to sell at a certain price, while other almost identical samples don't. Autotrader has prices all over the place. It's always been like that.
But I'm still curious about malakasnyc's post: "I could have a 09 p30 with 21k miles right now from a MB dealer for around 55k if i wanted the car."
Where is that car? Is he buying it? Again, I know someone who wants a '09 P030 and they can't find one anywhere.

My car has a 100,000 mile warranty from Mercedes-Benz and Tire & Wheel Warranty (I was told they are both transferrable).
No one knows the real market for this car yet. I want to sell the car, but should do better than at least $55k privately, otherwise the $52k from the dealer is better when considering the gain on sales tax when buying another car from the dealer.
