I hear you on selling quickly, I kept my 09 for just over 1 year. The dealer gave me 50K for my 09 with 12K miles when I traded for my 2010 if you wanna use that as a reference point. They turned around and sold it 2 months later for 55K.

I think with the tune and your miles you are spot on with price.
