OK - before I post this for sale, I was wondering what sort of price I could/should expect.

So - any suggestions?

It is Silver out, black inside - completely stock - with NAVCD for NoVA/Wash DC/MD. I am 2nd owner - first owner was a German who worked at the embassy in DC.

Miles = 87K

KBB suggests $14,500 - 16,800

Is that realistic???

Check Edmunds.com pricing. KBB is high, but you might get close to that lower number, if the car is clean and you find the right buyer this winter.

OK - so car is located in NOVA - near Washington DC. Leesburg to be precise.

I have had absolutely NO issues whatsoever with this vehicle. Services have been performed by a local European Vehicle specialist - and all dealer recalls have been done by the MBZ dealer in Tysons Corner....including new Catalytic Converters (under recall) - hehe...they were quite pissed about that one!!!!

Other than that - NOTHING - has been done except for brakes (discs, and pads are about 2 years old) - and 4 brand new tires with about 300mi on them.

OK - so these photos were taken in the summer - obviously - no BLOODY SNOW!!!!! and the trees and grass are green....but it represents the car just fine.

OH - one more edit - there is something wrong. It came with the parktronic system and for some reason about 2 yrs ago it stopped working - my mechanic said it would cost a few big bucks to figure it out as on first inspection it wasnt throwing codes - so I have not bothered with it. Doesnt bother me and doesnt work....but I am sure if you are finiky about it you could get it working again....

I looked at a 2001 in the DCarea a few months back that had 120K miles in good shape that sold for $8300 if that is a good point of reference? Have you tried cars.com or craigslist?

That is clean. With all the snow you're getting, I would keep it.

Why are you selling by the way? With the amount some of these Mercedes depreciate it makes more sense to keep them than sell for a small fraction what one paid for them.

Edmunds has ranges for True Market Value of:
$11,755 for Trade in - through to $15,848 Dealer retail

Anywhere in betweeen those ranges I would sell...otherwise I will keep it. I have too many toys the wife says - so two have to go. This is targeted as one...but I may just keep it.
