WTB: '05-'06 E55...
Hi All,
As the title says, looking for either an '05 or '06 E55.... I've already read enough "cautionary tales" around here to know that I want a warranty (either CPO or otherwise).
Willing to pay into the $30s, I'm trying to be realistic on price considering I want a car that looks and drives like new.
Prefer Black/Black combo.... other nice options would be iPod integration, BlueTooth, or Keyless Go. None are requirements. Low mileage is definitely a plus...
I'm in New England, but the car doesn't need to be. It wouldn't be the first time I traveled for the right vehicle.
Appreciate any hints or links. I'm already scanning the MBUSA site, AutoTrader, eBay, etc.

I work in Windham nh and will have my car for sale soon.
I just Ordered 2k dollar wheels for it!!!
Iv been on the fence on keeping it or selling it and its been in a storage garage for the last 3.5 months.
Mine is an 05 with 59,000 miles and warranty until 2013 or 78,000 miles.

I saw two very nice ones for sale at the auction today, both mint with no paintwork. 2006 with 27K sold at $32.5K plus fees, and 2005 with 32K sold at $29.5K plus fees. I can get you one if you'd like.

Are you talking about the Manheim Auction? I was chasing a lead on a black/black e55 this morning that ended up sold there before I could get much info on it. Maybe PM me and we can talk about your leads?

It appears that my search has resulted in victory!!
Just put a deposit down on a very well-optioned 2006 (Black/Black).....
CARFAX looks good, but I'm interested to get a real VMI on it. Does anyone here have access to a friendly dealership that would be willing to run one for me??
