not so sure on the 55, but on the 63 - i know mine is 1 of 6 - i too am in the Bay Area - San Jose - ill keep a look out - not alot of 211 wagons around here.

my e63 wagon got hit in left front. almost $20k of damage. the biggest issues were the height sensing stuff, the auto height lamps, wheel, bumper, fender, fender liner, etc. these are expensive cars. the woman only hit me going around 20mph.
if the car's repaired by a reputable dealer, i think i don't mind at all. new lamps, (the AMG fog lamp is close to 200!), new paint, new wheel...car looks better than it did before, that's for sure. i wouldn't say that i am pleased that i got hit; but, i think it wasn't so bad.

Mine sure isn't 1 of 6 as it's the very common Black exterior (color code 040U). Is the difference betw regular vs obsidian Black very apparent?
Obsidian is a metallic black. Quite a lot of sparkle to it, the difference is very apparent on a sunny day. FWIW I don't think Obsidian is quite as black, it is perhaps just a shade toward charcoal relative to 040. I've had one of each color.

I'm the third owner, and have most service records. Condition is outstanding but for minor curb rash on the passenger side wheels.

This is without question one of the best E63 Wagon examples to surface in the past year. The asking price is justified because the chances of finding one any better than this are very low.
