yes. they've had it for some time. they sold two different w/s212 e63 in record time but this one sitting a bit.

That E55 wagon in the Peach State is just way to much w/150K on the dial. Nice ride, too
personnel for my taste.

I have noticed that 14 E63s wagons are becoming affordable. That seems to be the only vehicle capable of replacing the R63.

the price point isn't a factor... i just happen to prefer the previous design. awd is a plus but the wide mouth bass nose doesn't do it for me as much as the sharper lines of the 2013.

It depends on how much you personally value the mods. A stock 2005 wagon with those miles is a low $20s car. So they are asking a solid $10k for the $25k in modifications. If you are one to put that kind of mods on the car, then it's a pretty reasonable value. On the other hand, if you prefer the factory's combination of power, reliability, and driveability, then the mods actually reduce the value of the car.

P2 is keyless go and cornering lights. I would avoid keyless go, it's a known problem area on these cars.

But so convenient when it's working properly. But you're probably right in that they can be problematic--just had 2 of my door handles replaced.

Bi-Xenon Active Light System
Cornering Fog Lamps
Keyless Go

IMO, cornering fog lamps and headlamp washing system are a bit gimmicky, but the xenons are a must. Keyless go is so darn convenient, and besides, you can do this to it:
