FS: 2006 CLS55 CLS 55 Black Opal, 75K miles and still in great shape, $33,900!!!
Looking to trade up, so with great regret, I'm putting my CLS55 up for sale. If not sold privately, I will take it to the dealer as a trade-in. I'm asking $33,900, which simply can't be beat. Mileage is at 75K, and vehicle has been serviced very regularly. Tires are practically new, just put on a new set of Potenza's in March. These cars are built like a rock, so no major issues, only a bad alternator which was replaced in the past year (and new main and aux battery while I was at it) and some small niggles with the electronics. Vehicle is black opal, a rather rare and stunning shade of black that turns blue in night light, on a cashmere interior with matte burl wood trim. Vehicle is due for a service B, which would be a great opportunity to do a full inspection if you'd like. I had a full inspection done at 50K, right before warranty expired, and everything checked out good, this car has a totally accident-and-insurance-claim-free history. Car fax is here: http://espermansion.com/me/cls55/carfax.pdf
Vehicle is in the San Jose area (Cupertino to be specific), and is available at pretty much any time for inspection or a test drive. Just send me a PM if you're interested.
Here's the specifics:
- Purchased originally form Mercedes-Benz of Lynwood
- 2006 CLS55 AMG in Black Opal
- 75,200 miles
- New set of 4 Bridgestone Potenza tires put on in March
- Full alignment done in March
- Brake pads done in 2010
- Main and aux. batteries and alternator replaced in 2010
- Bi-xenon HID headlights
- Active/Dynamic ventilated front seats
- DVD COMAND Navigation system
- Sirius satellite radio
- Power rear-window sunshade
- 6-disc CD changer
- iPod connector (iPod controls integrated in steering wheel)

- Keyless Go
- Front license plate bracket (not currently installed)
- Spare shift knob
- OEM wheel insets custom painted Opal Black
- Custom-installed shift paddles from CLS63

Pulled the carfax, to save other people the trouble: http://espermansion.com/me/cls55/carfax.pdf
I am owners 5 and 6, I purchased the car in Seattle, and moved to California with it. The guy who had it before me was a lawyer who had moved from Oregon to California.
All the services from dealer are shown, altho the services done after warranty are not. My service guy is a certified Mercedes tech, who used to work at the dealer I was having the car serviced at. I'm sure he'd be glad to pull all the after-warranty service records for you, if you like.

Sorry, my intention's not to mislead, I'm just in a rush to sell and haven't had time to get the car detailed and do a real photo shoot. Visually the car doesn't look much different 3 years later, but here's some quick shots I just took this morning. And no, the paint is not fading nor is the car rusting, it's just covered in that wonderful California pollen
