A new year has provided some new challenges, and my daughters have decided snowboarding and mountain biking are their new passions! Soooo....I need a larger vehicle with AWD. Which means my very nice but high mileage 2002 E55 needs a new home. Some details:

'02 E55 with pretty much every option, including the rare two tone burgundy over black interior, 157K miles. Yes, the mileage is high. It has been maintained (at Twin Cities MB specialist) and cared for, if you are familiar with these cars you know it has upwards of 100K of good life left in her.

Super nice daily driver, everything works and it has every option! Recent Service B and all interior HVAC filters changed (including HEPA)
Nearly new rear tires, 60% fronts

Just your average 349hp luxury sedan made to cruise the autobahn. This is a very nice car, not perfect but close.

The "experts" say (very good/clean condition, 157K mi, options, private party sale):
Kelly Blue Book: $11,162
NADA: $13,400
Edmunds: $9,539

I am asking $9,995 and strongly believe this is a fair price. I will deliver it up to 200mi from Albert Lea, MN, or a shipping point in the Twin Cities. Yes, got it from Ditto in OH last DEC 2010. I have had and enjoyed the car for a little over a year. Did some road trips and commuting, awesome car. The car is currently in my garage under wraps due to the crappy winter conditions here in MN, I will put some pix on here today after I take them. Let me know if there is something specific you want to see. It looks the same, only the CD changer works now!

The pix here are in our driveway today. Finally got a little sun here. The car is cleaner and better than when I bought it. The HVAC, CD Changer, aux plug in for MP3/iPod, lights, everything works and the car drives far better than you would expect with the miles. Maintained by the best private MB shop in the Twin Cities, it is ready to roll. I have more pix and info if you need it, just ask.

what brand of tires (do fronts/rears match?) curbed wheels (can't quite tell from the pix) or do they need refinishing, cluster issues or repair, rust in the bottom of the doors (so many have it), thanks....

Michelin matching tires (OEM size and model), one front wheel has light curbing (no bend, just a scrape), everything works inside and out (even the rear window shade), no rust that I can see. It is a nice car at a nice price and needs a good home.
