Guys,

I am selling my 2004 E55 CPO (Warranty good until Nov. 2013 or 130,000 miles!!). The car is immaculate (Pics will be up tomorrow). Black on black 48,000 miles. All options (except distronic) including:

Dynamic Seats
Pano roof
Parking
Heated/ventilated seats
Solar Panels

I am selling because I'm moving and my new commute is 60 miles a day and I don't want to put the miles on it. $26,000 obo. (I confirmed with MBUSA that the warranty is transferable)

ughh 130k...whoever buys this better rack up 80k in 2 years to get full use of that warranty! Good luck with the sale!

I am in St. Louis, MO.

It is 130,000 instead of 100K because when I bought it (sight unseen) from the Benz Dealer in Nashville in 2010 and had it delivered to my house, there were lots of things wrong with it that should have been caught by the CPO inspection. Off the top of my head there was an oil leak, bad battery, ball joints were not good, etc. All of them were repaired under CPO warranty (MBUSA replaced the battery which wasn't covered under CPO). After 2 months of successful complaining to MBUSA, they ended up extending my warranty another year (from 2 to 3) and to 130K miles.

I had every intention of keeping the car when I bought it as I love it, but I'm a new father and I just bought a new house that is much further away from the office. I wanted to check here before I traded it in as according to MBUSA, the warranty is transferable in a private sale, but as soon as I trade this car in, the CPO warranty is gone forever......which means I can get more for it in a private sale because the dealer can't do anything with it.

I'm interested as well, would like to see some additional pictures when you get a chance. In particular I would like to see any cosmetic blemishes (rock chips, scratches, etc.). Also, is this car your winter daily driver?

It is my daily driver.... which is why I'm selling it. My new home is too far from work to keep it as a DD.

Hi guys. Here are some photos of my 04 E55. I didn't have time to properly wash and wax it. (just drove through the brushless car wash). Not the best or most flattering pics compared to ones that people have done here on this forum...But not bad considering it was a 5 minute wash and the pics are in direct sunlight. (Last pic was from 30 mins ago when I went Home Depot.) No surprises. I assure you, this car is in amazing shape and been very well taken care of. Black is not faded at all. Beautiful. No door dings.
