FS:02 C230 COUPE 5500 BEST PRICE!!
LOCATION:FARMINGDALE NEW YORK
I am selling my 02 C230 Coupe because i am need of a new car so i will be very lenient with price! PLEASE ACT QUICKLY
The car has 35 percent LEGAL tints i have never been pulled over for them<br>
Black powder coated REPLICA AMG RIMS 18 inch. The wheels also come with 12mm spacers rear and 10 mm spacers front for aggressive looks<br>
The headlights were recently replaced with bi xenons with 8000k gp thunders installed. Pics have not been posted however if you would like i can send you them<br>
Tailights have been smoked<br>
Bright white LED license plate lights<br>
Car runs smooth and has always been that way since day one<br>
Milage is approx. 200,000 BUT has absolutely no sign of deterioration,
Paint is flawless aside from one to two scratches. Interior is also flawless.
Tiptronic Transmisiion(auto/manual)
BOSE Premium Sound System

well but his car does have leather seat and Bose sound and clear headlight, but 200,000 miles... car interior still look pretty clean, good luck!

That might constitute 'deterioration'. DUH! Ya think?
It won't be registrable in most states, since a CEL is grounds for immediate inspection failure,
and no registration can be issued.
That's a PIA repair that can go into the thousands depending on how much damage the oil in the harness has caused.
So, I'm assuming this is due to leaky cams sensor seals, yes?
Does it get out of 2nd gear?
Your best bet would be to fix it, and then with high mileage like that (and I know, I have 186K)
you might get 4 grand.
In current failed condition, 2-3K.
No one wants to buy a C coupe with that many miles.
If you read the forums,
you'll see a couple people have managed to remove the entire wiring harness, soak to remove the oil, and replace 02 sensors, and anything else that might be damaged, hopefully you don't have oil in the ECU. At one point the harness was on back order, but one can be had for about $300 last
I read. But then there's everything else that gets contaminated.
Too bad you didn't read sooner.
The leaky cam issue is a free fix at the dealer, to prevent the leakage but not the damage it causes once it's released it's oily payload all over the car via the harness.
One other thing. You do not have BiXenons.
Those are just clear headlights with a ricey blue aftermarket Xenon kit.

haha i just noticided that those are clears and not bixenons,

Lemme get this straight, you commented on this post to bash the ad and hurt the sale? Nice move dude. If anyone has any questions about the problems I will be the most honest in answering but seriously your gonna say all that **** without any info on the car itself, granted the engine harness info is correct but **** I could've given that info to a buyer myself. The car does get out of second gear drives fine besides the fact that it lags. Like i said a test drive would be ideal for the buyer. Next time you bash on someone's sale think twice you might be in the same position one day
