1999 s500 grand edition (norcal)
Im selling my 99 s500 grand edition they only made 600 of them world wide
It has 138000 miles
Has a clean title
Runs good and shift smooth
1 of only 600 made worldwide!
The Grand Edition was built to commemorate the end of the W140 production
line and body style. These cars were hand built in Germany and specially
tested by Mercedes-Benz engineers. These overbuilt cars are a true
statement of Mercedes-Benz superiority. Finished in Obsidian Black with
parchment leather interior and the interior/wood combination was exclusive to
this model as were the illuminated door sills, and 18" AMG Aero Monoblock
sport wheels.
if you are interested please pm me

Your car is not Grand Edition. Steering wheels should be dark wood with stitches like this. And the wheels are not Grand Edition too.

I have a Grand Edition S500. A couple of items to point out:
-Leather is the same as mine in terms of color and stitch pattern.
-Your wheels are not the stock Grand Edition wheels
-Your interior wood looks light brown in color. My understanding is that Grand Editions exclusively came with the black burlwood interior.
-Steering wheel should have wood accents with a black center star
-Post some pics of the door sills lit up
-Has the car been in an accident? I'm asking because the clear portions of the taillights do not match in color.
-Post a pic of the owners manual as it should indicate Grand Edition
-Lastly, you could have someone at MB run the VIN and identify how the car was sold.
