Let me rephrase then. Going from a E63 to a CLS55 WOULD be a down grade in my book. However.........If the miles on your car and the cash was right, it would be worth considering. Better?

Got some really good trade's and offers so far just nothing to solid. I do not believe there is very many 08 e63's at this price in the country.
