Silver 2005 Mercedes E55 AMG $18500 SOCAL
Silver 2005 Mercedes E55
Mileage 112k
Super Clean body all original paint
Factory two tone interior
All Stock, never raced or modded
I have used it as a freeway commuter the last two years. I am the second owner and bought it originally with 78,xxx miles.
I am driving way too much now (50+plus miles a day) for work and need something that is wayyyy better on gas.
Looking to get $18500 for it and would consider trades for some sort of hybrid vehicle.
Some extras on the vehicle include dynamic seats, chrome factory wheels, parktronics, rear sunshades, Navigation etc.
Thanks for your interest. Oh btw, the Car is located in Southern California (Orange County)

Sok, the only work I have needed to do to it in my ownership the last two years are regular maintenance and I had the faulty fuel sending unit that mercedes recall failed to fix. Everything else with the car has been great for me.
It shows great, no paint work ever done or accidents and I have it washed every week, waxed every two months, and clayed/waxed every 6 months. Let me know if you have any more questions? Thanks
Moose, I appreciate your input. Thanks Bro

MBWorld Fanatic!
No need to start dropping the price. Stay firm it may take about a month or so but it will be worthwhile. You'll sell it for asking price no doubt. GLWS she is a beauty!

Thanks Max! I'm sure gonna miss her but I am commuting too much and I just bought a house so I need to cut where I can.
I will be back in one again when it makes sense. Maybe even a bi-turbo

Hey guys, deceided that at this point I won't go any lower than 17K. Otherwise it is not worth it for me to sell it at this point in time.
If you want to take a look at it then great I'm still interested in selling it but for no less than 17k. I will be putting it up next weekend on Autotrader so I will give you guys who are interested a week before I start "advertising" it. Thanks TTT
Price is $17,000 FIRM

Open to reasonable offers.
It's a solid car, I have always done the required maintenance to it.
I bought it several years ago with 70,XXX miles on it. It's a clean ride other than having higher miles on it and that's why I'm selling it is I am using it for a commuter car and have put 20,000miles on it in the last year.
Let me know guys.

Bump, Car has 117k on it now.
Price is at $16k
Super clean car, exterior of the car has to be a 9.5 out of 10 other than normal wear and tear and a little yellow tint to one of the headlights.
Interior I would rate about an 8 out of 10 only because there is a couple of minor things aside from normal wear that I would fix to make it a 10.
For example, the "clam shell" center console leather is starting to rise a little (I've read this is a common thing that can be repaired pretty inexpensively)
One of the morons at the car wash that was detailing my interior broke one of the buttons on the front passenger side door that I have not fixed.
Also, the rear sunshade is stuck in the "up" position at the moment and I haven't investigated why at this point. I suppose it could be just a fuse?
Other than those things I've listed the interior is pretty perfect. No rips in the interior, no funky smells, and NO one has ever smoked in my car so no smoke smells, stains etc.
The drivetrain has operated flawlessly for me and I have NEVER had any issues with it. I keep it regularly maintained by a local "well known" mechanic and have all records showing maintenance done by him while in my possession.
Any and all recalls have been preformed plus some. I spent $2k to fix the rear fuel sending unit leak issue that Mercedes couldn't get right the first time apparently when it was recalled and I have had no issues with it ever since that repair plus a warranty on the work done by my mechanic.
I can't really think of anything else guys, I'm trying to be as straight up as possible and set the expectation if you decide to come see the car so I don't waste your time or mine.
Honestly the only reason why I'm selling this car is because I'm using it as my daily driver and it doesn't make sense for me to spend $500 a month in gas or consider buying another commuter car and letting this one basically sit all the time.
I also just bought a house and have a kid on the way so I need something that means PRACTICAL at the moment that will save me money.
Let me know if you have any questions, need additional high resolution pictures or if you would like to come out and see the car.
I'm a workaholic and have a pretty busy schedule so if you do need additional pictures and/or want to see it I'm going to need you to work with me a little.
I think that about covers everything for now.
Thank you for the interest guys.

I haven't made the time to investigate the rear sun shade but hopefully this weekend. I don't have any pictures of the broken button but it doesn't "look broken" so I don't know if a picture would help honestly.
If your not too far from Orange County you can come check it out for yourself? It really is a super clean car and the minor things that need to be fixed will not set you back too much. Let me know
